In addition, wet latex, acrylic and water based paints will now be accepted along with oil based paints at Orange County hazardous materials collection events through a partnership with PaintCare, a new paint stewardship program established by the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation. Dry latex, acrylic, and water based paints can be disposed of into your trash container. For more information from PaintCare, click here.
