Winter Street Parking

Beginning November 1 through March 31, parking is prohibited on Village streets between the hours of 2am and 6am.

Village residents may apply for a Parking Permit Tag beginning on October 1 of each year. 

Applications and required paperwork must be presented to Village Hall. If approved, the permit tag will be issued for an annual fee of $100.

During any winter precipitation events (snow, sleet, and/or ice), residents must be sure to check the Go Goshen App for updates on where to park.

Vehicle permits must be displayed from the rearview mirror whenever the vehicle is parked on the permitted street/lot. Permit tags must be removed while vehicle is in motion and should only be used when the vehicle is parked.

If any vehicle information changes, the applicant must notify the Village Clerk’s office of the changes. Vehicles without updated information could result in a parking ticket.

If lost, a replacement placard may be acquired through the Village Clerk’s office for a $50 fee.
