The Village Clerk has extensive knowledge of Village laws and procedures and oversees multiple employees performing a variety of tasks to serve the Village of Goshen. The Village Clerk’s office helps citizens with questions they may have about the Village.

• Tax Collector
• Treasurer
• Water/Sewer Billing Clerk
• Registrar
• Recording Secretary for the Village of Goshen Board

• Maintains oaths of office
• Filing, publishing, and posting notices relating to resolutions, local laws, public hearings, open meetings, etc.
• Prepares legal advertising for publication, complies with notice and filing requirements
• Chief Election Officer
• Orders and maintains all insurance coverage
