Police
The Police Department is located in the former Erie Railroad station, built in 1867.
In order to request a Police Report, a FOIL request must be completed and submitted to the Village Clerk at 276 Main Street and/or via email, click here.
A blotter or police report number may be obtained from the Police Department, however, a FOIL form must be submitted to the Village Clerk for processing. FOIL requests will receive a response within 5 business days.

Note: Any FOILs where reports or documents are printed are charged $0.25 per page. A representative from Village Hall will reach out to the requestor with the total amount due that is to be paid at the time of picking up the information. Please note that only cash, certified checks or money orders are accepted as forms of payment.
